Just revisiting this, because i see the one or other trick using this concept. I did it as Ann teached it in the video by bringing my nth under and throwing the slack over. That works. But i see you pros doing it directly from the th wrist. I don't get enough force or speed to "whip" it under and mostly it hangs somewhere on my pullover or somwhere else where it doesn't belong. Is there a hint or tip on getting this more consistent and with less arm movements or is it just repetition until it gets better?
