Tips
  • Prepare the foot into the outside position
  • Lower the stalling as the footbag is approaching
  • Lean your body away from the stall to keep the balance
  • Keep your knee low and twist it outside
  • Slightly lean from the kicking foot side to maintain balance

  • Lifting knee up
  • Stalling foot not parallel to the ground
  • Not bending support leg knee for better balance
