- The knee goes high and close to the chest
- Hit the footbag with the farthest part of your upper knee
- Bend the support leg while lifting the kicking leg
Most Common Mistakes
- Not kicking the footbag straight up
- Not lifting the knee enough
- Lifting the knee too much
- Loosing balance by not bending the support leg
