Tips
- Throw the Diabolo behind you and slightly upwards
- Check the Diabolo trajectory while releasing it off the string to feel the position of the upcoming catch
- Turn your body and head to spot the released diabolo as soon as possible
Most Common Mistakes
- Catching the Diabolo with string not stretched
- Throwing the Diabolo too far
- Not moving after the catch which makes the Diabolo stop
