Tips
- Do at least 2 repetitions
- Spread and lift your arms to move the Diabolo behind your back
- Stretch the string before returning back to the starting position
- Keep your eyes on the diabolo as much as possible
- Move your head slightly forward

- Missing the string when catching the Diabolo
- Hitting your body with the Diabolo
